EVENT SCHEDULE
- Starting at 6:00pm, the evening will feature Ford striker Gwen, who will share her recollections of the strike action, the changes it helped bring about, including the Equal Pay Act, and her experience of being turned into multi-award nominated film Made in Dagenham
- They’ll be joined by UEL’s Dr Jana Javornik, director of the Noon Centre for Equality and Diversity in Business, to discuss what next for pay equity in the UK on the eve of this important anniversary and in the aftermath of the gender pay reporting figures.
- Following the panel discussion and Q&A (6pm-7pm), we’ll have a screening of Made in Dagenham.
