This Saturday sees the second Basildon Pride, following on from the Parade of last year. The 2018 event was mobilised in weeks as a response to hate crime in the area, and was supported by Southend Unison.
This year, as well as the Parade, there will be a free Festival in Gloucester Park, and an After Party at Colours.
